Fire Dancer

My belief is that creativity is not limited to painting, sculpting and the arts represented in conventional galleries.  Creativity is that part of the human spirit which allows dreams, visions and inspiration.  It is the healer and visionary. One of my friends and mentors once said I paint from 'my happy place".  I hope so.  While painting I do transcend present life events.  I paint to music and can often hear my Grandfather saying more shadow or my Mother saying use your artists eye. I was once told to paint only what you love.  You will often see my husband,  children, grandchildren and places my husband and I have traveled to in my work.
